Mahesh brings a wealth of experience to quantumrock, having served in various leadership positions across both public and private sectors. As the Managing Partner of Emergis Capital Group, Mahesh is specializing in mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and corporate finance transactions. His advisory roles to prominent Panamanian Cabinet members and important international investment and corporate banks underscore his deep understanding of global markets and regulatory frameworks. As a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, Mahesh has co-founded a significant number of technology-focused companies and led the investment efforts of a large private investment firm.

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavours, Mahesh worked at the Panamanian Ministry of Economy and Finance and served as Deputy Minister of Finance in Panama, where he earned recognition for his outstanding contributions to public service as Public Servant of the Year for two consecutive years.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mahesh serves on the directorial boards of several organizations, including Seguros Vivir, Casas Grandes, and the Museum of Liberty and Human Rights of Panama. His dedication to promoting education and diversity is further evidenced by his involvement in the local selection committee for the United World Colleges. Most recently, Mahesh was nominated as a Board Member of the Panamanian Sovereign Wealth Fund.
